At BlackLine, we're revolutionizing the finance and accounting function with cutting-edge automation technologies. As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative AI and automation solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop AI and automation solutions for workflows and system integrations across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Work with business partners and team members to identify, evaluate, and recommend complex business process automation/integration opportunities.
  • Provide integration solutions across systems and participate in code reviews.
  • Help plan by identifying cross-team dependencies and effort estimation.
  • Work in an agile environment to release use cases on a regular schedule.
  • Research and evaluate new AI tools and technologies and recommend ways to implement them in use case development.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality and technical excellence within the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 6+ years of experience in AI, robotic process automation, IPaaS, or a related technical field.
  • Experience leading major initiatives successfully.
  • Strong programming skills with scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.
  • Experience with using and integrating via APIs (iPaaS) is a must.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms AI/ML solutions, such as AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI.
  • Expertise in working with cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database systems.
  • Understanding of AI technologies, including vector databases and knowledge graphs.
