Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at ENCON Thermal Engineers Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing electrical schematics, power/control panels, and instrumentation layouts. They will also select and specify sensors, actuators, control valves, temperature/pressure transmitters, and flow meters.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop electrical designs, schematics, power/control panels, and instrumentation layouts.
  • Select and specify sensors, actuators, control valves, temperature/pressure transmitters, and flow meters.
  • Create PLC/SCADA logic for control systems (preferably Siemens, Delta, Allen-Bradley, etc.).
  • Oversee wiring, panel testing, loop checking, and site commissioning.
  • Coordinate with mechanical, design, and purchase teams for integrated system delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or instrumentation issues at the shop or site.
  • Maintain documentation: BOMs, wiring diagrams, FAT/SAT protocols, O&M manuals.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and electrical codes.
  • Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in industrial projects (furnaces, boilers, process plants preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • PLC programming (Siemens, Delta, etc.).
  • HMI/SCADA development.
  • VFDs, MCCs, LT Panels, relay logics.
  • Sensors and instrumentation for temperature, pressure, flow, etc.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, EPlan (preferred), and Excel.
  • Understanding of industrial safety practices and CE/IEC/IS compliance.
Requirements:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience:
  • At least 3-7 years of relevant experience in industrial projects.
  • Skills:
  • PLC programming (Siemens, Delta, etc.).
  • HMI/SCADA development.
  • VFDs, MCCs, LT Panels, relay logics.
  • Sensors and instrumentation for temperature, pressure, flow, etc.
  • AutoCAD, EPlan, and Excel.
