The Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled AI Architect to design, develop and deploy cutting-edge AI systems that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • This role involves leading the architecture, design, and implementation of large-scale data platforms and AI systems that meet our high standards for scalability and reliability.
  • You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from experimentation and feature engineering to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in a production environment.
  • A key aspect of this role is mentoring junior engineers, setting best practices, and performing code reviews to ensure high-quality and efficient code.
  • As a technical lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into a clear technical vision and roadmap.
  • To stay ahead of the curve, we expect you to continuously update your knowledge of the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, machine learning, and data engineering to introduce new technologies and methodologies that improve our capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in AI/ML and data engineering, with a strong track record of delivering scalable AI systems in a production environment.
  • Proficiency in modern data platforms and tools, with a solid understanding of at least one major ML framework.
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI technologies is a significant plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expert-level proficiency in at least one key programming language, with a focus on clean and maintainable code.
  • Familiarity with LLMs like Open AI, Claude, Gemini, and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, and LangFlow.
