Job Title: Network Architect

Description:

The primary role of the Network Architect is to design and develop a scalable, secure, and highly available network infrastructure that meets the needs of the organization.

About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced Network Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network design, implementation, and management, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a network architecture that supports business growth and agility.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, technical specifications, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network solutions meet business requirements.
  • Implement network security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze network performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying knowledge to improve network design and operation.
  • Provide training and support to other teams on network-related topics.
  • Participate in regular audits and assessments to ensure network compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience in network design, implementation, and management.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and OSPF.
  • Knowledge of network security best practices and industry regulations.
  • Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in network design and management.
  • CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification.
