Job Description

We are seeking an Elevated Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Prestige Group.

About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a robust digital marketing strategy that drives growth in traffic and organic leads, while ensuring the best user experience for our website visitors.
  • This role requires strong SEO management skills, including identifying and devising opportunities to maximize relevant organic traffic, as well as monitoring and analyzing lead flow to our sales team.
  • You will coordinate with our sales team to keep project microsites up to date and generate monthly reports on marketing campaign performance.
  • A key aspect of this role is regular audits to ensure performance, identify issues, find root-causes, and experiment with solutions to improve performance at scale.
  • You will also plan the architecture of our website to ensure the best user experience and create listings of ongoing and upcoming projects on Google Maps.
  • In addition, you will identify duplicate listings and report them to Google for removal or claim, enhance listings by adding more information, negotiate with digital platforms and aggregators, and establish, implement, and measure the effectiveness of digital advertising initiatives.
  • Another important responsibility is uploading and managing videos on our brand channels, optimizing them for relevant searches, managing our extensive domain portfolio, ensuring domains are stable and secure, determining name servers and hosting providers, and bringing down misrepresentative pages created by Real Estate agents.
  • All other related job responsibilities assigned by your reporting manager.

About You

  • Candidates should have excellent digital marketing skills, including SEO management, content creation, social media marketing, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing is required, preferably in a leadership or senior role.
  • Candidates should have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and technologies, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and SEO software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
