This is a pivotal position within the organization, requiring expertise in know-your-customer processes, including high-risk reviews, global regulatory requirements, and complex corporate structures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, and risk departments, to facilitate smooth processes while effectively communicating findings and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed investigations into high-risk entities, including politically exposed persons, high-risk jurisdictions, and industries such as defence, gaming, gambling, trusts.
- Assess complex corporate structures, ownership hierarchies, and legal entities to identify potential risks and ensure transparency.
- Prepare detailed reports, escalate potential risks, and interact effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless review process.
