Automotive Service Advisor

As a key point of contact between our clients and the workshop team, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.

Responsibilities
  1. Meet and greet customers, discussing their vehicle service requirements in detail.
  2. Provide accurate and transparent service estimates and timelines, building trust with our clients.
  3. Coordinate effectively between customers and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery and timely completion.
  4. Follow up with customers on service progress and post-service satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships.
  5. Manage appointments and maintain accurate service records, ensuring seamless operations.
  6. Promote additional services and genuine spare parts when relevant, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in automotive service advisory roles or customer-facing positions within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of German premium car brands, preferably BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, and Mini Cooper.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organized, customer-centric, and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Passion for automobiles and eagerness to learn and develop expertise.
