Oracle Fusion Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion expert to join our team. As an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.

  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and develop solutions, including writing OTL fast formulas.
  • Complete Functional User Testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, and project teams.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities to build Fast formulas. Experience with Oracle Fusion is required, and knowledge of Java and SQL would be beneficial.
