Job Title: Onestream Technical Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Onestream technical lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of OneStream applications for financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing business rules, dashboards, cube views, and workflow automation in OneStream.
  • Implementing OneStream XF Marketplace solutions as required.
  • Data integration with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday, data warehouses, and other financial systems.
  • Managing connectors, data sources, and transformation rules for smooth data flow.
  • Data validation, reconciliations, and audit controls within OneStream.
  • Troubleshooting technical and functional issues, resolving system performance bottlenecks.
  • Guiding and mentoring junior developers and functional consultants.
  • Collaborating with project managers to ensure timely delivery and quality of solutions.
  • Maintaining technical documentation, best practices, and SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • OneStream Certification (OCP or OCA) is desirable.
  • Prior experience in Hyperion, HFM, Planning, Essbase, or SAP BPC is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based OneStream deployments.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with business users, finance teams, and IT stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead a technical team and work in an Agile environment.
  • Strong documentation and training skills.
