Game Development Opportunity

About this role:

We are seeking a skilled game developer to join our team and create engaging learning experiences. The successful candidate will have experience with Unity, HTML5, JavaScript, WebGL, and JSON.

The ideal candidate will be able to design and develop high-quality games and simulations that drive behavior change across the organization. They will work in a dynamic team of learning design professionals supporting a wide range of programs globally.

The key responsibilities of this role include developing courses using various tools and technologies based on technical and functional requirements, creating SCORM 1.2 files, designing and developing interactive content and interfaces, and continuously improving assets based on evaluation results and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Software Development, Application Development, Web Development, Unity Development, or a related field
  • Experience working in software development, application development, web development, game development, or Unity development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of software/web development trends, regulations, and best practices
