Job Title: Visual Creative Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and creative Visual Creative Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our visual content team, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual assets that bring our brand to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the message the design should convey and create images that effectively communicate it.
  • Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and websites, incorporating colors, images, text style, and layout.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into the final design.
  • Review designs for errors before publication.

Vision and Creativity: The ideal candidate will possess an eye for color, composition, and typography. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to collaborate effectively with clients, marketing teams, and other designers.

Video Editing:
  • Collaborate with the producer and/or director to determine the desired outcome of the project.
  • Review raw footage and select the best shots to use in the final product.
  • Trim footage segments and assemble the sequence of the video.
  • Determine the appropriate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the video.
  • Edit the video to ensure a smooth flow and appropriate pacing.
  • Add special effects, animations, or other enhancements as needed.

Skills and Qualifications: Candidates should have strong technical skills, including proficiency in design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant software. They should also be able to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
