As a senior visual designer, you will be responsible for bringing creative concepts to life through exceptional visual design.

Job Overview

You will work closely with the creative team to develop and execute visually compelling content that aligns with brand and marketing strategies. Your role involves a combination of hands-on design work and strategic thinking, ensuring that our visual outputs are both innovative and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and design advertisement ideas using Adobe Suite and AI tools to enhance the brand and convey message through engaging visuals.
  • Execute these ideas in various formats, including social media, digital, and print advertisements.
  • Understand client's business objectives, mission, competition, and customers to create engaging campaigns.
  • Develop strategically sound and brief-compliant advertisements.
  • Actively participate in group's work throughout creative development and artwork process.
  • Ensure high standards of graphic design, brand consistency, and customer experience by following brand style guidelines.
  • Incorporate creative execution best practices to deliver high-quality designs promptly.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Fine Arts, Creative Studies, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong understanding of design concepts, with ability to explain ideas effectively to clients or internal teams.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in visual or graphic design, preferably within marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign), and artificial intelligence tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse range of design projects and creative solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
