Rust Expert

As a seasoned Backend Developer, you will be working on the forefront of cutting-edge technology.

We are looking for an expert in Rust programming to join our team.

• Design and implement backend services in Rust, focusing on performance optimization and reliability.
• Contribute to system-level architecture decisions that support scalability and resilience.
• Develop and enhance APIs and data pipelines that interface with internal services, external partners, and end-users.
• Apply secure coding practices, conduct thorough code reviews, and implement testing strategies.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Strong proficiency in Rust programming and its ecosystem.
• Experience with systems programming, memory management, and low-level optimizations.
• Understanding of distributed systems architecture, microservices, and event-driven patterns.
• Proven experience profiling applications, optimizing performance-critical code paths, and handling concurrency safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of software development experience, with at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience coding in Rust.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
