Job Title: MAWM Consultant

This role involves designing and implementing efficient configuration strategies for MAWM modules based on business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to define configuration approaches and ensure smooth system deployment and performance optimization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement MAWM modules in line with business needs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end configuration process, guaranteeing successful system deployment and performance enhancement.
  • Develop integration solutions between MAWM and other enterprise systems, such as ERP and supply chain applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and functional consultants to develop configuration plans.
  • Provide technical guidance and support in MAWM proactive management, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Identify and resolve configuration and integration issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Support testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) by creating test cases, validating results, and resolving issues.
  • Produce technical documentation, configuration manuals, and integration guidelines.
  • Train and mentor junior team members and provide subject-matter expertise to cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in MAWM Configuration and Implementation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale deployments with MAWM.
  • In-depth understanding of UK&I integration requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with MAWM Proactive Monitoring and optimization techniques.
  • Experience working in multi-country or region-specific configurations.
  • Exposure to supply chain/logistics domain solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in MAWM configuration, implementation, and integration.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
