Job Title: Key Support Specialist
- Deliver exceptional support to students and parents throughout their journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
- Address concerns and refund requests with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Manage escalations across chat, call, and email channels to maintain a positive parent and student experience.
- Guide students to ensure effective app usage and maximize learning outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to resolve customer issues within stipulated timelines.
- Take ownership of all customer-facing ad hoc requirements from internal teams, ensuring swift and effective execution.

Key Requirements
- Candidates with minimum to 1 year of experience in customer experience or support roles.

- Ability to manage multiple channels (chat, email, calls) and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
