Job Overview

We are hiring a Program Manager to structure and scale our manufacturing business. This central role requires interaction with stakeholders to ensure project/program timelines are met.

The ideal candidate will be skilled at planning, executing, and delivering results in a dynamic manufacturing environment while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Lead and manage end-to-end execution of programs involving post-purchase PO, project timelines, and running programs.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for manufacturing initiatives.
  • Drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement efforts. Ensure structured tracking of programs on tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor progress against KPIs such as cost, timelines, quality, and delivery.
  • Identify risks and bottlenecks early; develop mitigation plans.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on program status, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Founder Mentality: think like an owner, with a strong bias for action and structure.
  • Problem-solving skills are essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution; MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years in supply chain consulting companies involved in manufacturing operations.
  • Analytics mind with a strategic ability.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguous situations with a 'can-do' attitude to excel in challenging situations.
  • Great communicator, negotiator & relationship-builder.
  • Prior experience in PM.
