**Quality Assurance Specialist Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting quality audits and providing timely and accurate feedback to agents for improvement areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Audit required number of calls on a daily basis and provide constructive feedback to improve agent performance.
  • Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and develop corrective actions to enhance overall quality scores.
  • Work with the team to implement action plans to address quality issues and maintain high standards.
Requirements:
  • 1-4 years experience in call auditing or quality assurance roles.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate start is preferred.

  • Quality analyst expertise in BPO/Call center settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
