Job Title: Cloud Solutions Expert

About the Role:

This role is a key position in our team, responsible for identifying and qualifying business opportunities, developing strategies to resolve technical obstacles, and architecting client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the customer sales team to identify business opportunities and key technical objections.
  • Develop strategies to resolve technical obstacles and create client solutions that meet complex business and technical requirements.
  • Lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including trainings, presentations, bid responses, product briefings, and proof-of-concept work.
  • Identify and respond to key technical objections from clients, providing prescriptive guidance for successful resolutions tailored to specific client needs.
  • Work with customers to demonstrate, design, and prototype integrations in their environments.
  • Develop and deliver thorough product messaging to highlight advanced technical value propositions, using techniques such as whiteboard and slide presentations, technical product demonstrations, white papers, trial management, and RFI response documents.
  • Assess technical challenges to develop and deliver recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to implement a complete solution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience serving in a technical sales engineer role in an advanced technical environment.
  • Prior experience with advanced technologies, such as Big Data, PaaS, and IaaS technologies.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive approach to task management, and excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
