Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement quality assurance strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Test Planning & Execution: Drive test planning, execution, and automation strategies to ensure scalability, security, and compliance.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts to integrate quality into the entire software development lifecycle.
- Process Improvement: Champion a shift-left testing approach, embedding quality early in the development lifecycle, and foster a data-driven quality culture.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of QA experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in the US Healthcare Payer domain.
- Experience in testing products within healthcare compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with test automation, performance testing, and security testing.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and shift-left testing approaches.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
