Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Social Media Manager to join our team. As part of our marketing ecosystem, you will be responsible for overseeing the social media mandate and developing effective Go-To-Market strategies.

  • Brief external partners to align and develop deliverables in line with our plans.
  • Develop innovative strategies for Shorts social marketing activations, including owned and operated social media and allied partners.
  • Collaborate closely with external partners to ensure smooth execution and delivery of plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data and analytics, as well as the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

You will work closely with internal teams to inform them of key trends and brand crisis situations on social media that can impact our business.

Analyze successes, failures, and learnings from initiatives and experiments, and share insights with cross-functional teams.

Foster innovation and creativity by staying up-to-date with AI technology and its applications in social media marketing.

Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong team player with good working relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
