Compliance Officer

About the Role:

The Compliance Officer will play a key role in ensuring effective monitoring and compliance with regulatory standards across residential child care homes. The role involves conducting daily and weekly audits to ensure accurate records and safeguarding practices.

This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and analytical mindset for reviewing reports and documents. Additionally, proficiency in digital documentation tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms is essential.

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented individual who can maintain centralised audit trackers and ensure timely updates. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of identifying gaps, trends, or non-compliance issues and escalating where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily child location audits to ensure accurate records and safeguarding practices.
  • Review and check quality reports to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Examine and verify documentation, maintain utility certificates, and ensure all documents are accurate and updated in company systems.
  • Maintain centralised audit trackers and ensure timely updates.
  • Identify gaps, trends, or non-compliance issues and escalate where necessary.
