About This Role

Are you a data science expert looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will design and lead the development of various artificial intelligence initiatives to improve health and wellness outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and lead the development of AI initiatives to improve health and wellness outcomes
  • Work with business leaders and customers to understand their pain-points and build large-scale solutions
  • Define technical architecture to productize machine-learning algorithms and take them to market with partnerships
  • Break down complex business problems into machine learning problems and design solution workflows
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Computer Science or related field (PhD preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Science (healthcare experience a plus)
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python and enterprise applications
  • Deep experience in classical and new age NLP techniques, including transformer architectures
  • Understanding of fine-tuning LLMs using PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA
  • Experience with GenAI tools and techniques, including RAG, VectorDBs, and Agentic AI fundamentals
  • Proficiency in at least one of LangChain or Crew.AI
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks, including PyTorch and HuggingFace transformers
  • Experience with ML platforms, such as Databricks, Azure ML, or Sagemaker
