  • The ideal candidate will utilize various accounting software to manage financial records.
  • Meet tight deadlines handling multiple tasks, perform essential reporting duties, and prepare accurate journal entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements, research, and record outstanding cash items.
  • Leverage strong Excel skills for data analysis and report preparation.

The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring the correctness and effectiveness of financial operations as an Accounting Executive.

  • Prepare comprehensive management reports, such as budgets and fixed assets.
  • Reconcile intercompany balances for accurate financial reporting.
  • Handle monthly billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyse open items, collaborating with relevant departments to resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, demonstrating strong practical skills.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software like QuickBooks, Yardi, Xero, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in working within offshore accounting environments is an advantage.
