As a seasoned expert in ServiceNow and Workday HR, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead QA/Tester to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing employee-facing systems, with a strong understanding of Workday HR and Colleague environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing comprehensive test cases for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.
  • End-to-end testing across multiple systems, from Workday to ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
  • Testing data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via REST and SOAP APIs, utilizing ServiceNow's Integration Hub.
  • Automating workflows and evaluating system performance under different loads.
  • Conducting thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch.

Additionally, the successful candidate will maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results.
