Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential leads through online resources, databases, and other channels.
- Initiate contact with potential clients via cold calls, emails, social media, and other outreach methods.
- Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, decision-making authority, need for services, and fit with company offerings.
- Develop and maintain a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales team, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline.
- Use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, log interactions, and monitor progress.
- Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to ensure smooth transition of leads and further engagement.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information to provide insights that can improve the lead generation process.
- Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, success rates, and conversion metrics.
- Contribute ideas and strategies to improve lead generation campaigns, ensuring greater outreach and conversion rates.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage potential clients.
- Ability to understand and communicate the value of products and services clearly to potential clients.
- Proficiency in using online resources, databases, and social media tools to research leads.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) for tracking and managing leads.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.
- Ability to work under pressure/strict deadlines.
