We are seeking a highly skilled Senior eLearning Developer to join our team. As a key member of our eLearning development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing cutting-edge digital learning experiences.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging learning content that incorporates multimedia technology, gamification, and other interactive elements.
- Work with instructional designers to translate course storyboards and content into interactive learning modules.
- Collaborate with design teams to integrate graphics, video, audio, and other digital media into eLearning courses.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously using a project management approach.
- Utilize authoring tools and multimedia software to create engaging multimedia content, simulations, and interactive games.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure the functionality, usability, and accessibility of e-learning content across different devices and platforms.
- Research and stay up to date on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in e-learning development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience creating innovative learning solutions in a corporate environment.
- Proven working experience in instructional design and instructional technology.
- Proficiency in tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and similar e-learning authoring tools.
- Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar software.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML is a plus.
- Ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure project completion.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of the team.
