About the Role:
- Design and implement robust DFT solutions for complex ASICs, ensuring high-quality testability and diagnostic capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize DFT methodologies, scripts, and flows using Perl/Tcl.
- Participate in successful tapeouts of SoC/ASIC chips at 14nm or below, achieving test targets and contributing to the overall success of the project.
- Develop and automate tools to enhance DFT methodologies and processes, streamlining workflows and improving efficiency.
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements, provide excellent technical support, and ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-10 years of experience in ASIC DFT design, implementation, and verification.
- Strong expertise in JTAG, boundary scan, Scan, Compression, ATPG, and simulation tools from Mentor, Synopsys, and Cadence.
- Experience with Logic BIST and knowledge of front-end SoC/ASIC design and implementation, including synthesis and STA.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
