Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative mental health services and make a meaningful impact on individuals and families.

About the Role:

  • Client Consultations: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and provide therapy to clients, tailoring approaches to meet their unique needs.
  • Intervention Planning: Develop and implement personalized intervention plans that address a range of emotional, behavioral, and psychological issues.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly track client progress through ongoing sessions.
  • Research and Development: Stay current with new developments in psychology and mental health practices, applying insights to improve client care and develop innovative service offerings.
  • Social Media Awareness: Collaborate with our marketing team to create content promoting mental health awareness on social media, sharing insights and resources.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and progress.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: MPhil / Master's in Psychology.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of therapy practice (post-internship).
  • Skills and Attributes:
    • Experience in conducting psychological assessments.
    • Preferring those well-versed in therapy/Relationship counselling.
    • Well-versed in English, Malayalam. Preference given to those who can speak more languages like Hindi, Tamil.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • An empathetic and compassionate approach.
