Cluster Development Specialist

**Job Title:** Cluster Coordinator

Our organization is seeking a skilled Cluster Coordinator to implement a project aimed at reducing zero-dose children and strengthening routine immunization in high-priority districts of Uttar Pradesh. The successful candidate will work closely with frontline workers, local influencers, and community members to ensure every child receives essential vaccinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with frontline workers such as ASHAs and ANMs to conduct social mapping within ASHA areas and identify zero-dose children
• Identify, map, and mobilize local and community influencers to engage them in vaccination efforts
• Conduct door-to-door visits alongside ASHAs to directly engage with families in high-risk areas
• Implement targeted social mobilization and behavior change activities to boost RI coverage
• Participate in block and cluster-level meetings to present performance updates

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Experience working with community influencers and frontline workers
• Knowledge of immunization programs and public health initiatives
