Cloud Development Opportunities

We are seeking a talented individual to join our engineering team as a Cloud Intern. This internship will provide hands-on experience in AWS Cloud technologies and allow the successful candidate to contribute meaningfully to our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the technical team in documenting cloud migrations, including environment specifications and process flows. Collaborate with engineers to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support cost optimization efforts by analyzing current usage and suggesting improvements across AWS services. Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs without compromising system performance.
  • Help create network diagrams and system architecture documentation. Utilize industry-standard tools to visualize complex systems and improve communication among stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development and deployment of cloud-native applications using services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and test scalable applications.
  • Support configuration and troubleshooting of AWS-based environments under the guidance of senior engineers. Develop strong problem-solving skills and learn to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate on a capstone group project that will be presented to the leadership team. Work collaboratively with peers to research, design, and implement a cloud-based solution that addresses real-world business challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Familiarity with AWS services and tools is a plus.
