Network Engineering Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructure.

  • Design, implement, and maintain multiple vendor routers, switches, SDWAN, and load balancers.
  • Implement, manage and support private cloud network infrastructure in a multi-VR environment, supporting many overlapping private customer networks.
  • Implement, manage and support secure network infrastructure adhering to HIPAA and PCI-DSS requirements, provide evidence to security compliance teams for ongoing audits.
  • Maintain and support a multi-tenant private cloud infrastructure supporting many overlapping private customer networks.
  • Directly communicate with customers, hardware/software vendors and service providers.
  • Apply mastery level expertise with knowledge of industry trends and ability to apply concepts in support of business requirements.
  • Find solutions to isolate, resolve, and prevent the most complex network transport problems across multiple teams/technologies.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts within the data center network, external to the data center over various WAN connectivity methods, and over Internet-based connectivity.
  • Independently review and verify changes/solutions of high complexity and ensure governance and change management practices are followed.
  • Lead network related improvement projects in the private cloud environment to meet business needs and customer requirements.
  • Act as Tier-3/4 support for troubleshooting and resolution of any network problems.
  • Maintain organizational SLO, SLA, and business continuity programs.
  • Provide on call support.
