Our IT InfoSec Network Security Team is responsible for:

  • Designing, implementing and managing network security solutions, and providing network support
  • Expertise in network security and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Palo Alto Network firewalls such as security NAT, Threat prevention & URL filtering
  • Zone Based Firewalling and Security Rules on the Palo Alto Firewall
  • Firewall Technologies, including hands-on experience in providing firewall support, installation and analysis of infrastructure communication
  • Identifying, monitoring, and defining the requirements of the overall system security
  • Solving existing threats and security issues
  • IT support to secure Internal, Partner, Vendor, and External connectivity to Delta and Tenant applications across multiple critical data center infrastructures
  • IT support for firewall hardware and software maintenance, site implementations, inventories, infrastructure planning, preventative maintenance, and break/fix services in data center critical infrastructure
  • IT support for Enterprise Remote Access Users to align client edge security technology with and client-based agent on workstations, utilizing next-generation technology such as App-ID and User-ID for granular user identification
  • Coordination with Delta's Business divisions via consultation services responsible for firewall policies and access control guidance

We are seeking a skilled Lead Cybersecurity Architect who will play a key role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A BS Degree or Bachelors of Engineering in a relevant field/discipline
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proven experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Python scripting for automation
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline
  • Strong networking and security knowledge, including TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, and security protocols
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to managed security appliances and their integration with other systems
  • Balances multiple priorities within established time constraints
  • Flexibility to support operations with varying shifts and extended hours
