We are seeking a skilled Facility Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our coworking centers.

Location: HSR Layout Sector 6

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and people management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and respond quickly to operational needs.

Familiarity with MEP, housekeeping, and vendor management is an added advantage.

  1. Oversee daily facility operations across multiple centers, ensuring smooth functioning of MEP services and timely issue resolution.
  2. Manage housekeeping, security, vendor coordination, and AMC schedules to maintain a high level of member satisfaction.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Key qualifications include:

  • 2–5 years of experience in facility management/administration, preferably in coworking, real estate, or hospitality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
