Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance and Release Manager to spearhead the development and deployment of our software products. This role involves creating comprehensive testing procedures, implementing test automation strategies, and certifying readiness for release to production.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute thorough testing procedures that ensure seamless integration and deployment of software releases.
Select and implement efficient test automation tools and methodologies to streamline testing processes.
Validate and approve software readiness for production releases based on agreed-upon definitions of done (DoD) to ensure proper text coverage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful integration and deployment of software releases.

Requirements:
Proven experience in software quality assurance and release management is essential.
Strong knowledge of test automation tools and methodologies is mandatory.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira is required.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment is a must.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile methodologies would be beneficial.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are highly valued.
