Job Description

We are seeking a strategic leader to head our product management efforts. As Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction of customers and business partners.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the existing customer base and identify incremental features and roadmap to retain customers and drive renewals.
  • Understand key market trends and competitive insights to ideate and put together major breakthrough features in the roadmap.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver on executing the roadmap with prioritization and precision.
  • Evangelize the possibilities with new feature functions and new versions of the product to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and align the efforts of other team members in the PM team to deliver effective releases one after the other.

  • Proven background and in-depth knowledge of similar customer experience platforms.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize workload to meet deadlines, and influence cross-functional teams with thoughtful insight.
