  • Proficiency in Sterling file gateway (SFG), Sterling Integrator, IBM Connect Express, and IBM Connect Direct.
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux, business process creation and maintenance, and protocols such as SFTP, FTP, FTPs, HTTPS, S3, and Pesit.
  • Skills in certificate renewals and participation in Disaster Recovery for applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage messaging & file transfer services on Messaging and file transfer technologies.
  2. Effectively manage MTS services to end users and application teams.
  3. Project management expertise, cost control, budgets, and optimization skills.
  4. Automation knowledge and best practices.
  5. Handle critical escalations and ensure resolution.
  6. Work independently, propose ideas, and collaborate globally.
  7. Comfortable working in challenging and stressful environments.
  8. Infrastructure management and its best practices (availability, service quality, and legacy management).
  9. Incident, Change, Request, and Release Management expertise.
  10. Vulnerability management understanding.
  11. Asset, license, and Capacity Management knowledge.
  12. Resiliency, DR Process, and BCP understanding.
  13. Project management, reporting, timelines, and publishing dashboards skills.
  14. Ensure resiliency tests/exercises are performed as per recommendations.

Desirable Skills:

  • ITIL V3 knowledge, Agile Certifications.
  • Shell Scripting.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience.
  • Engineering graduate / MCA / Computer Science Graduate or PG.
