Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our team.

This role involves designing and implementing automation solutions using Ansible, shell scripts, and Python. You will work in a Scrum Agile environment and utilize JIRA for task management.

The ideal candidate will have strong ownership and communication skills to drive tasks independently. Additionally, they should have an understanding of Public Cloud concepts and containerization.

The selected candidate will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automation deployments, incorporate other components in the ecosystem into automation, such as password management systems and REST API-based workflows, and take ownership of major incidents or outages of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automation Solutions: Design and implement automation solutions using Ansible, shell scripts, and Python.
  • JIRA Management: Work in a Scrum Agile environment and utilize JIRA for task management.
  • Independent Work: Develop strong ownership and communication skills to drive tasks independently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Analyze Performance Issues: Analyze performance issues to identify business impact and root causes.
  • Debugging and Troubleshooting: Conduct application debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Performance Tuning: Perform performance tuning to improve application performance and reliability.
  • High Availability Efforts: Manage Continuity of Business (COB) and high availability efforts.
  • Application Monitoring: Develop and maintain application monitoring solutions.

Please note that we require 15 years of full-time education with a minimum of 50% percentile in 10th, 12th, UG & PG if applicable.
