We are seeking a Business Analyst for a remote project, working in the Spain timezone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst in Order Management with focus on Data.
  • Business Analyst with experience in data activities, OM knowledge, and experience in data migration from external tools to ServiceNow.
  • Ability to grasp functional aspects of data and work with SMEs on mappings.
  • Experience in data migration activities, capable to manage large data extractions, convert it into the right ServiceNow target format.
  • Desirable experience in OM data model, capable to advice best practices on the usage of the fields and its impact on the process.
  • Experience with all data objects in the context of OM processes (accounts, sold products, functional products, CIs, contacts, contracts).
