Job Title: Frontend Developer

At our organization, we're looking for an experienced frontend developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on delivering high-quality front-end solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining robust front-end codebases using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
  • Collaborating with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems.
  • Working closely with designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging front-end performance issues to ensure optimal user experience.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on Adobe Target.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistics, and CRO best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Target (ACE) certification.
  • Experience with server-side experimentation and Adobe Target Delivery API.
  • Familiarity with Node.js, Python, or other scripting languages.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations related to personalization.
