Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Specialist to oversee our tender process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for actively monitoring tender opportunities, advising on participation decisions, and ensuring deadlines and progress are met.

  • Filing and application of tenders with private and government corporations
  • Reviewing all tender documents and supervising compilation of materials required for bids
  • Preparing pre-qualification bids with standard company information
  • Monitoring bid management to ensure alignment with organizational requirements
  • Detailed reading and understanding of tenders and related documents
  • Ability to understand financial statements

This is a key role that requires:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Tender Text Writing: Create high-quality tender texts that effectively communicate the organization's value proposition.
  2. Tender Library Building: Develop and maintain a comprehensive text library to support future tender submissions.
  3. Document Submission: Ensure accurate and timely submission of tender documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We require a candidate with 3-4 years' experience in Tender processing, preferably in Government, Semi-government, Corporations, or Private sectors. Key skills and requirements include:

  • Knowledge and experience in Tender business
  • Experience in using portals such as GeM and mahatender
  • Well-versed with Financial tools and technology
  • Fluency in Marathi (mandatory) and English Communication (preferred)
