Job Title: Project Delivery Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project implementation strategies, execute tasks, deliverables, and coordinate staffing to ensure timely completion.
  • Effectively manage client relationships and expectations through regular communication.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to recommend and deliver best-in-class services.
  • Present project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify, classify, prioritize, mitigate, and develop contingency plans for risks to ensure successful project completion.
  • Manage issues and changes to project scope.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player and leader to coordinate across functional teams.
  • Ensure high team productivity by identifying potential issues and roadblocks and taking proactive measures to prevent or eliminate them.
  • Support the creation of high-quality client deliverables, including executive-level reports, meeting facilitation materials, project trackers, and vendor reports.
  • Demonstrate autonomy with minimal supervision while consistently delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Exercise sound judgment and oversight to ensure integrity and compliance with company policies in all activities and communications.
  • Foster an environment that encourages growth and development of team competencies and expertise through collaboration with technical experts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience as a dedicated full-time project manager leading teams of 10+ members.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • A working knowledge of pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, patient services, or related industries.
  • Service Line: Pharma / Biotech; Patient Support Program.
  • Knowledge of drug development is essential.
  • A self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, a polished executive presence, and the ability to influence C-suite client stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience working with European/USA clients.
  • Advanced level of skills in Salesforce / Hubspot.
