Project Delivery Lead

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a wide range of custom learning solutions. This will involve working closely with global clients, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring that projects are delivered on time with outstanding quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans aligned with client goals and expectations
  • Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery
  • Ensure high-quality output while meeting cost and schedule commitments
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including SMEs, Instructional Designers, and media specialists
  • Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery
  • Drive innovation across cost, quality, and productivity levers
  • Proactively manage project risks, resource planning, and conflict resolution
  • Provide clear, structured feedback to team members and stakeholders
  • Manage project reporting, including billing and MIS documentation
  • Engage and oversee third-party vendors and contractors to ensure timely, quality results
  • Optimize resource utilization across tools, bandwidth, and partnerships

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in the eLearning industry, delivering high-impact learning solutions
  • 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in the learning and development space
  • Proven track record leading project teams of 15+ across the full delivery lifecycle
  • Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and team coordination abilities
