Job Description

As a key member of the FedEx team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and excellence through strategic project management and process engineering. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of global projects and initiatives, focusing on clearance and process engineering.
  • Provide project management and governance support to the MEISA GTS/clearance engineering function, ensuring seamless project life cycles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive industrial engineering support for MEISA GTS engineering, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Develop and execute clearance strategies and excellence initiatives, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Support management in leading and guiding teams to deliver planned initiatives and roadmaps, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing operations to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, developing innovative solutions to enhance business systems.
  • Act as a lead business analyst, bridging the gap between operations and IT solutions, creating innovative solutions and enhancing business systems.
  • Support operations and measure their performance for efficiency improvement, ensuring optimal business decisions.
  • Lead project business cases and manage them through complete life cycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Perform industrial engineering studies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs, representing FedEx in interactions with customs authorities.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of project and program management experience, with certification.
  • 2-3 years of process engineering, industrial engineering, or process mapping experience.
  • Passion for driving improvement programs, working with cross-functional teams, and a focus on team success.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to work with large teams and senior-level management.
  • Knowledge of process mapping tools and the ability to work with multiple priorities.
  • Future-oriented, with the ability to drive strategic planning and influence cross-functional project teams.
  • Good English and native language skills, with good communication, team focus, and business thinking competencies.
