**Job Title:** Senior Product Manager

**About the Role:** As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of our products.

**Job Summary:** In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

  • **Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development
  • Create, prioritize, and manage product backlogs
  • Write clear, detailed user stories and product requirements
  • Coordinate with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of features
  • User Research and Analysis
  • Conduct user interviews and surveys to gather product feedback
  • Analyze user behaviour data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain user personas
  • Market and Competitive Analysis
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Provide insights to inform product positioning and feature prioritization
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development cycle
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for product launches and ongoing support
  • Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders
  • Product Performance Tracking
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned products
  • Analyze product metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Agile Process Management
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Help remove obstacles for the development team

**Qualifications and Experience:** A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5-7 years of experience in product management are required. You should have experience building B2B SaaS product features for IT, InfoSec, and GRC teams.

**Key Skills:** Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills are essential. You should also have strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
