Lead Biostatistician - Statistical Analysis and Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Biostatistician to join our team. As a key member of our clinical trials team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of statistical strategies and deliverables.

About the Role
  • Develop and lead statistical analysis plans (SAPs) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee and ensure the execution of statistical analyses per SAP, including vendor oversight and management of deliverables.
  • Provide statistical leadership in study design discussions, including protocol development, endpoint definition, and sample size estimation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Author and review SAPs, including mock tables, figures, and listings (TFLs).
  • Collaborate with programming and CRO partners to execute statistical analyses.
  • Communicate project status to management and escalate issues or risks in a timely manner.
  • Provide statistical input and review for clinical study reports, regulatory documents, and publications.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field is required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical trial biostatistics for MS-level candidates; minimum of 6 years for PhD-level candidates.
  • Proficiency in statistical programming in SAS, knowledge of R and other programming languages is preferred.
