Job Description

As a Java Production Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our production systems. This position is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot who are passionate about solving real-time production issues while contributing to development efforts.

  • Solve critical customer/field technical escalations from our Support, Professional Services, Sales, and Pre-Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop solutions for customer-reported problems.
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings to update the development team on ongoing escalation statuses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in technical product support type roles, preferably in escalations teams.
  • Software development experience using Java technologies.
  • Good understanding and working experience of MySQL/MariaDB/RDBMS and database concepts.
  • Experience working as an L3 escalation engineer taking care of complex customer issues.
  • Passion, curiosity, integrity, and outstanding attention to detail while performing tasks.
