Job Overview:

  • The Regional Discount Officer plays a critical role in managing all commercial and discount-related operations for the assigned region.
  • This includes management of discounts, settlements, audits, and financial reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory policies.
  • The position requires handling significant monetary allocations and maintaining crucial management information system (MIS) reports.
  • The role also supports the sales team by providing variance analysis, settlement reconciliation, gift claims tracking, and product complaint resolution.
  • Additionally, this position contributes to automotive business discount operations and ensures efficient financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track monetary allocations and financial settlements.
  • Ensure timely processing of claims, settlements, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain and update MIS reports.
  • Process credit and debit notes while ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Support audits, financial reconciliations, and variance reporting for sales teams.
  • Utilize enterprise resource planning systems for transaction management.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between finance, sales, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Bachelors in Commerce or related field + professional certification (Mandatory)
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role (Preferred: Industry experts)
  • Skills: Financial management, audit, accounting, and customer service
