Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to spearhead the execution of AI programmes and ensure world-class delivery of innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, defining delivery frameworks, and driving programme governance to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement delivery frameworks to drive agile practices and programme governance
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex AI programmes from scoping to deployment
  • Align engineering, data, and product teams to meet milestones, budgets, and outcomes
  • Anticipate and mitigate delivery risks to ensure projects scale on time and within scope
  • Partner with stakeholders to align delivery outcomes with commercial goals and customer impact
  • Establish reporting structures, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and communicate results
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivery management, preferably in AI or GenAI initiatives
  • Strong leadership and programme governance skills
  • Ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
