Job Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Data (CI-D) and Journeys (CI-J) implementations.

This includes validating the integrity, mapping and synchronization of customer data across Dataverse, CI-D, CI-J and third-party integrations. The ideal candidate will also conduct end-to-end testing of customer journeys, segmentation logic, data ingestion pipelines and marketing automations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for CI-D and CI-J implementations.
  • Validating the integrity, mapping and synchronization of customer data across various systems.
  • Conducting end-to-end testing of customer journeys, segmentation logic, data ingestion pipelines and marketing automations.
  • Performing functional, regression, integration and UAT testing to ensure product quality meets business and technical requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with developers, data engineers and marketing teams to proactively identify issues and validate resolutions.

Required Skills:

Technical Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on QA experience, preferably in projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights (CI-D & CI-J).
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, its schema and data flow within the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience testing integrations with third-party systems (e.g., CDPs, email platforms, analytics tools).

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Customer Insights is preferred.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
