About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Appian application support and BPM-based solution development. Your expertise should include:
  • Appian versions 19.x, 20.x, 21.x, and above.
  • Databases: Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.
  • Web Services: SOAP/REST, HTML, XML, JSON.
  • Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Rally.
  • Appian features: Appian Sites, Appian Records, UX design, SAML, and OAuth framework.


You will be responsible for leading application support engagements, monitoring progress, reporting metrics, and ensuring application performance and availability. Additionally, you will work on system integration, mobile applications, portal applications, and extended interface development using the Appian suite.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • Appian Level 2 (or above) certification.
  • Hands-on expertise in production application support, incident management, problem management, and Appian development.
  • A strong understanding of Appian architecture, best practices, and BPMN standards.
  • Experience in Appian plug-in development, system integrations, and production support for both in-house and cloud-hosted environments.
  • Proficiency in relational database management systems, data modeling, database design, and Structured Query Language (SQL).
  • Strong problem-solving, design, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Effective stakeholder management capabilities.
